My Isaac Bisaac Boy

Isaac is such a sweet funny kid. This picture is the other day when he was drinking a smoothie. I thought that his mustache looked like it should be in a magazine ad. Anyway, I just wanted to posted really quick a few things about Isaac that I want to remember years from now that make him the little boy that I love. First off do any of your kids go through a bag stage. Both of mine seem to have. They want to keep any bag from anything and stuff it full of random stuff. I think its cute and a good distraction until the time comes to find the place were all of the stuff has to go back to. Claire used to do the same thing. Isaac, however has taken it to an all new level. One day we went on a little picnic so I brought out our small cooler to put our lunch in, ever since then Isaac has claimed it as his own. He has to always has a box or two of some sort of cracker in it and something to drink. He will bring it out when he gets hungry or thirsty. I think it makes him feel a whole new sense of independence. The funniest thing though is that he also uses it to climb on everything even if he doesn't actually need a "stool". He is just too funny he's also trying to get rid of his afternoon nap, which I am most definetly not a fan of, and when I put him in his bed to go to sleep he will scream out a little bit later things like; "I am standing on my bed", "I am throwing my stuffed animals down", "I am hitting the wall", "I am not going to sleep". Most the time I am tired and frustrated but deep down I think its hilarious that he is telling me the things he's not supposed to do in hopes that I will come in and he will get out of having to go to sleep.

How cute! My kids never went through a bag phase...just a blankie and stuffed animal stage!
