Harvest

This spring we planted a little garden in our little patch of earth in our tiny back yard. We planted tomatoes, peppers, peas, carrots, and pumpkins. The carrots lasted about a week until some animal (we think it was a cat) dug them all up. the rest of our garden has done pretty well so far. i am excited for when our tomatoes ripen, and we have had a few stawberries. This morning the kids went outside and asked if they could pick the peas so I let them. We haven't staked the vines in at all so i don't know how many more peas we will get out of them but. From the picture above you can see our little harvest and the kids really have loved the whole process.
