President's Day Andventure

On president's Day we decided that we were going to make a trip into the city. David has been working a lot lately with an extra freelance job on top of his regular job. The poor guy hadn't gone to bed before 3 am in a couple of weeks. Since his project was complete, we all decided we needed a little break. First we hit the peir and saw the sea lions wich is always very entertaining and then we couldn't resist a ride on the merry-go-round. After doing the normal stuff that we have done before we dedided to head up and see the big army looking ship up closer. We found out upon closer inspection that there was also a submarine and that you could take a tour of both. We decided that this time we would do the big ship. It was amazing, one of the best self giuded tours I've ever been on. We got to go almost everywhere; even in the engine room and at the very top with the big gun. Our president's day was wonderful and we are so grateful we get to live in such an amazing place.
