Christmas
This year we got to spend Christmas in Kenniwick, WA with David's family. It was so much fun. The flight was not a problem at all Isaac fell asleep before take off and then I had to wake him up when we landed and Claire watch a movie. We got landed and found that the ground was covered with a thin layer of snow which we are now not used to in anyway. Thanks to Grandma Brenda though she had nice warm coats, boots, hats, and gl0ves to keep our kids warm. We had a wonderful time hanging out with David's brothers and sisters, inlaws and parents. We also got to go caroling in a fire truck from 1949; we rode in the back and it was awesome. (No, I didn't get any pictures, too bad). On Christmas Eve we celebrated yuleborg (sp?) with swedish meatballs and lefsa. Yummy! The swedish sure do know how to make some tasty food. Then we had a wonderful Christmas with way too many yummy treats to snack on; I really gained five pounds. As is our tradition for Christmas we got pajamas and this year I made animal print pajama bottoms for all of us, I think they turned out pretty fun. We also had a great time with David's Dad Tom and his wife Diane. We met at David's aunt Lexie's house and were surprised to see some of his other cousins and family. We also went to Chuck E. Cheese; something we have never done before. I had a great time talking to Diane; while David, Tom and the kids played the games. We were also really surprised to see some old friends/neighbors from Rexburg that we haven't seen since we moved from there. All in all, we had a wonderful time and are now ready to take a little break and hibernate for the winter.
