Quilt

There are three different apliques; a shell, a fish, and seahorse. I stiched around the center with my machine and it took forever especially the seahorses. i also found out that wonder under is amazing stuff. It pretty much binds the fabric togerther just with an iron. Awesome hah?
I made this awesome softy thing; can you believe it? I got it into my head that I wanted to make both Isaac and Claire comforters for their beds and I have completed Claire's. Its made from a total of six different fabrics. Three brown and blue pattern fabrics, one sand brown fabric and I cut out red fabric for an aplique, and the back is a really soft red minky fabric. It took alot of work, and most the time I didn't really know what I was doing but I am pretty pleased with the results. Isn't it pretty? Now I just need to make Isaacs. Hopefully I'll have it done by Christmas or Thanksgiving.

oh Val!! I am sooo excited about seeing it on here so people everywhere can see how completely AWESOME you are!!! You gotta take pictures of the walls too! For anyone else who comments on here, the whole room is amazing and the quilt is even better, if possible, in person =)
